In celebration of the 2024 Lunar New Year, Year of the Blue Dragon, we’ve formulated a truly unique flavor experience. To channel the bold spirit of the dragon, we have combined the flavors of blueberry and yuzu with Belgian white chocolate and whole fruiting bodies to create a distinct alchemy that makes the taste buds and mind soar.

As the Year of the Rabbit comes to and end and we enter the Year of the Blue (or Azure) Dragon, the caution and restraint of the rabbit starts to shift into the vitality and dominance of the dragon. Considered the luckiest and most auspicious creature of the Zodiac, this year is said to reward those who take courageous actions.

More specifically, the blue dragon brings extra significance, as it is commonly represented as a wise and protective force. We hope that the contemplations we took from the rabbit can be unleashed with the strength and ferocity of the dragon towards our goals and visions.
